In response, the Ministry of Petroleum &amp; Natural Gas and the Ministry of Civil Aviation have implemented a partial and staggered increase of 25 per cent for domestic operations.<\/p>\n<p>In a statement, IndiGo said, \u201cWe are thankful to the Government for timely intervention, without which April 2026 fuel cost increases would have severely impacted the affordability of domestic air travel.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>For domestic routes, revised fuel charges per sector will range from \u20b9275 for sectors up to 500 km, \u20b9400 for 501\u20131,000 km, \u20b9600 for 1,001\u20131,500 km, \u20b9800 for 1,501\u20132,000 km, and \u20b9950 for sectors above 2,000 km.<\/p>\n<p>For international operations, the airline noted that ATF prices have more than doubled in the past month.
