Anne Hathaway is set to have a blockbuster 2026, and kicking things off for the celebrated actress is Mother Mary.<\/p>\n

Mother Mary follows a popstar who abruptly ends her tour after suffering an emotional crisis.<\/p>\n

As she steps away from the spotlight, she finds herself with time to reconnect with her past. Enter Sam, a fashion designer, who just happens to be the creative force behind Mary’s public image and persona.<\/p>\n

In this psychological thriller, their reunion sets the tone for a deep delve into identity, fame, and what happens when cracks begin to show in the flawless facade you’ve constructed for yourself.<\/p>\n

Anne Hathaway, ‘mother’ herself, if you will, stars as Mary in the A24 project. Michaela Coel joins the film as Sam Anselm, the fashion designer.<\/p>\n

Also listed as part of the cast are Euphoria’s Hunter Schafer, singer FKA Twigs, Kaia Gerber, and Chris Evans’ wife, Alba Baptista.<\/p>\n

Fans are in agreement that Mother Mary is very Black Swan-esque, and that’s a verdict we welcome.<\/p>\n

The release date is fast-approaching. Mother Mary is set to premiere in cinemas on April 17, 2026.<\/p>\n
