Pick up the latest edition of Limerick Life magazine<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Career Decisions Ireland was set up in Limerick in 1994 by Ms Flynn.<\/p>\n<p>It provides executive coaching and leadership development services, working with a range of blue-chip clients, as well as the public sectors in both Ireland and Britain.<\/p>\n<p>It has managed some of the largest career transition and redundancy support programmes across Ireland and Britain.<\/p>\n<p>Career Decisions operates with a team of over 60, including executive coaches, organisational psychologists, HR and business consultants.<\/p>\n<p>All existing roles will be retained as part of the acquisition.<\/p>\n<p>The company plans to expand its associate consultant network to approximately 70 professionals within the first year, in line with projected growth in client demand, and anticipates growing its full-time team with new hires in operations and business development over the next 12 to 18 months.<\/p>\n<p>CDL is led by former Irish Army Captain and Deloitte executive Jonathan Kelleher.<\/p>\n<p>Ms Flynn said she is immensely proud of the business she has built over the last 30 years.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt has been a privilege to work with such an exceptional team and outstanding clients.
