The Easter bank holiday weekend is almost here and households across Ireland are getting ready to enjoy the long weekend.<\/p>\n
Supermarkets across the country <\/a>will operate adjusted hours over the coming days with some even shutting completely on Easter<\/a> Sunday. Whether you need to pick up some last-minute Easter eggs or ingredients for your Sunday roast, it’s important to know the opening hours so you’re not left disappointed.<\/p>\n Here are the opening hours for all the major supermarkets for the coming weekend.<\/p>\n Aldi<\/p>\n Aldi<\/a> will close at 10pm on Good Friday and Easter Saturday. Like previous years, stores are to remain closed on Easter Sunday but will be open from 9am until 9pm on Easter Monday. Normal opening hours of 8am to 10pm will resume on Tuesday.<\/p>\n Lidl<\/p>\n Lidl supermarkets will open for reduced hours of 9am to 6pm on Easter Sunday. The supermarket will be open from 9am to 9pm on Easter Monday before resuming normal opening hours of 8am to 10pm on Tuesday. For example, Tesco Liffey Valley will be open from 10am to 7pm on Easter Sunday and 9am to 8pm on Easter Monday.<\/p>\n Customers are encouraged to check with their local store on the online locator here<\/a> for precise times throughout the weekend.<\/p>\n Dunnes<\/p>\n Dunnes Stores<\/a> across Ireland will be closed on Easter Sunday.
