\n\t\u201cTime,\u201d the new single from pop singer-songwriter Sofia D\u2019Angelo, tops this week\u2019s fan-voted music poll.<\/p>\n

\n\tListeners voted in a poll published Friday (April 3)\u00a0on\u00a0Billboard<\/a>, choosing the artist\u2019s latest song \u2014 a solo release outside of her group MICHELLE \u2014 as their favorite new release of the week.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cTime\u201d ticked ahead other new releases in a week that also saw new music streaming in from actress Anne Hathaway, Jack White (who appeared as musical guest on SNL Saturday night), Arlo Park, floweroflove and more. At the poll\u2019s closing time on Sunday, D\u2019Angelo clocked out with more than 69% of the vote.<\/p>\n

\n\tA New York native and longtime performer, D\u2019Angelo released \u201cTime\u201d alongside a nostalgia-driven music video this week. The visual, filmed at a Bushwick bar, is a flash forward to an aged version of the singer-songwriter \u2014 who still has the spirit of her early 20s heyday within.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cEvery seven years or so, even Grandma needs a good time,\u201d she quips in the clip, directed by Steph Rinzler. D\u2019Angelo is credited as executive producer, with Anahita von Andrian-Werburg as producer and Natalie Williams as associate producer.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cJust gotta work with what you got,\u201d she sings on the track. \u201cAt the end of everything\/ Will I remember 23?\/ If I survive I\u2019ll know\/ If time was on my side.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tAmong the new releases trailing behind \u201cTime\u201d are Anne Hathaway\u2019s \u201cMy Mouth Is Lonely for You\u201d from her upcoming film Mother Mary, with 16% of the vote, and Jack White\u2019s pre-SNL surprise \u201cG.O.D. and the Broken Ribs,\u201d with 4% of the vote. <\/p>\n
