You may not have known that you needed to watch an adorable seal playing with a rubber duckie, but I assure you that you do. While staff just wanted to ensure this Atlantic harbor seal had enough enrichment, they had no idea that they would also be creating an adorable online moment. Watch this too-cute-to-handle video to see just how much this aquarium seal loves his duckie. <\/p>\n<p> Adorable Video Shows How Much This Aquarium Seal Loves His Duckie<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"634\" width=\"1200\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ie\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/Adorable-Online-Video-Shows-Just-How-Much-This-Aquarium-Seal-Loves-His-Duckie-1.jpg\" alt=\"Adorable Online Video Shows Just How Much This Aquarium Seal Loves His Duckie\" class=\"wp-image-138764\"  \/>Getty Image<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.goodnewsnetwork.org\/aquarium-shares-video-of-harbor-seal-playing-with-his-rubber-duckie\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Good News Network <\/a>shared the story of Reggae, a 33-year-old Atlantic harbor <a href=\"https:\/\/outdoors.com\/diver-has-incredibly-adorable-interaction-with-wild-seal-watch-here\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">seal <\/a>living at The New England Aquarium. Initially, the aquarium\u2019s manager admitted that the toy was given to Reggae as a form of enrichment. <\/p>\n<p>When speaking to the Associated Press, Rebekah Miller shared that these enrichment toys are \u201ca great way to challenge our animals.\u201d Additionally, she shared that they \u201creally allow them to use those problem-solving skills that they have.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>While Miller expected Reggae to be enriched, I doubt she expected the cuteness overload that came with it. The New England Aquarium shared a video montage of Reggae with his duckie online, and the video instantly went viral. Multiple clips clearly show how much this aquarium seal loves his duckie. <\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/share\/r\/18GikERiru\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">clips<\/a> range from Reggae giving the duck a little head pat, to having it rest on his stomach while he floats around in the water. He even appears to do happy little flipper shakes and smile whenever his rubber duckie is presented to him. <\/p>\n<p>The Internet Loves Reggae And His Duckie<\/p>\n<p>Naturally, the internet fell in love with how much this <a href=\"https:\/\/outdoors.com\/people-begin-to-question-if-animals-truly-are-better-in-zoos-after-this-disturbing-pattern-with-penguins-emerges\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">aquarium <\/a>seal loves his duckie.
