\n\tMichael Jackson<\/a>\u2018s estate has turned out to be a lucrative blessing <\/a>for his three kids, and the legal documents are proving where the money is going.<\/p>\n

\n\tParis Jackson<\/a>, 28, is currently engaged in a legal battle<\/a> with the executors of her late father\u2019s estate, John Branca and John McClain, over alleged mismanagement of funds, lack of transparency, and high attorney fees, per New York Post<\/a>. While a majority of the claims were thrown out in November 2025, the family, including brothers Prince, 29, and Bigi, 24, are working toward a settlement to appease everyone.<\/p>\n

\n\tTMZ obtained <\/a>the Jackson estate\u2019s funds for 2022, showing the once-bankrupt estate was worth over $3 billion that year, thanks to MJ: The Musical on Broadway.<\/a><\/p>\n

\n\tIn a single year, Paris was given $3.2 million to fund her lifestyle, along with an additional $91,000 for home renovations. Prince was given $3.1 million for his bills, and Bigi, formerly known as \u201cBlanket,\u201d was given $939,000. All of Michael\u2019s kids have been bought a home in the Southern California area with funds from their father\u2019s estate.<\/p>\n

\n\tIn October 2025, Paris was accused of \u201cblowing through [money] faster than Michael ever did,<\/a>\u201d according to Rob Shuter\u2019s Naughty But Nice<\/a> Substack. \u201cThe girl\u2019s living like a rock star,\u201d a Jackson family insider alleged. \u201cPrivate jets, designer clothes, five-star trips \u2014 she\u2019s burning through millions.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tBranca and McClain shared in legal documents, obtained by Us Weekly<\/a>, Paris \u201chas benefited more than anyone\u201d from the lucrative Jackson estate, and they are frustrated that she\u2019s pushing back.<\/p>\n

\n\tStill, a source close to Paris told <\/a>TMZ on April 6 that her friend was \u201cthe victim of a disgusting, outrageous smear campaign by the Executors and their attorneys.\u201d They added, \u201cThese lawyers are using Jackson family resources to mock, belittle, and attack her for demanding transparency and accountability from the people who control every aspect of her family\u2019s finances.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tThere is still no resolution in the Jackson family estate case, but it appears Paris is leading the fight with her brothers quietly showing support behind the scenes. <\/p>\n
