\n\tJimmy Kimmel<\/a> addressed the ceasefire between the United States and Iran during his Tuesday night monologue and pointed out a recurring pattern with President Donald Trump<\/a>\u2019s negotiating tactics.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cThe President decided not to drop it for at least another two weeks,\u201d the host said during \u201cJimmy Kimmel Live!\u201d \u201cHe announced that at the request of Pakistan, which has been facilitating negotiations, he was giving Iran two weeks to live. This is how it goes every single time. Trump says something insane. He says, \u2018I\u2019m going to kill everybody tomorrow at 5 p.m.,\u2019 we all freak out, then he\u2019s like, \u2018You know what, actually, I\u2019ll kill everyone in two weeks.\u2019 Then we relax, then he forgets he ever said it in the first place. He has the memory and skin color of a goldfish.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tKimmel later joked that Trump is like a \u201cconscientious employee\u201d the way he \u201calways gives two weeks’\u201d notice. He then cut to a series of clips in which Trump repeatedly said he would deliver a promise or know more about a touchy subject in two weeks.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe late-night host then went after a quote from press secretary Karoline Leavitt, who said, \u201cOnly the President knows where things stand and what he will do.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cAnd I don\u2019t even believe he knows that,\u201d Kimmel joked. \u201cTrump said he would decimate Iranian power plants in such a way that they\u2019ll be burning and exploding, never to be used again. Just like the toilets at Mar-a-Lago.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tKimmel added that if Trump destroyed Iran\u2019s power plants, it would be \u201ca war crime under the Geneva accords.\u201d Kimmel then cut to a clip of Trump saying, \u201cAllowing a sick country with demented leadership to have a nuclear weapon, that\u2019s a war crime.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tKimmel then quipped, \u201cThen lock yourself up right now because that\u2019s the boat we are floating in right now.\u201d<\/p>\n
