The statement read, “This is to inform that our beloved Ms Parveen Khan, mother of Zareen Khan and Sana Khan, has departed peacefully to her heavenly abode on the 8th of April (sic).” The family has requested privacy during this difficult period. Zareen\u2019s sister Sana Khan is also mourning their mother.<\/p>\n

Zareen Khan had been sharing regular updates about her mother\u2019s health on Instagram. In February, she posted, “Mom’s hospitalised again… Please keep her in your prayers!”She had been quietly asking fans and well-wishers to pray for her mother\u2019s recovery.Just one day before her mother\u2019s passing, Zareen lost her beloved pet cat Rambo. She shared a picture on Instagram Story and wrote, “My Baby left me this morning to unite with his siblings. Rest in Peace mera Bachcha, mera Rambo 18.07.2011 – 07.04.2026 .”<\/p>\n
