BOSTON–(BUSINESS WIRE<\/a>)–Dynatrace<\/a> (NYSE: DT), the leading AI-powered observability platform, today announced it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Bindplane, a company whose open-standards-based telemetry pipeline helps organizations capture and manage data at scale.<\/p>\n

\nAs cloud\u2011native architectures and AI\u2011driven development accelerate, organizations are seeing rapid growth in telemetry \u2013 the operational signals that show what\u2019s happening inside digital systems.
