Rachel Stevens<\/a> marked her 48th birthday with a sassy social media post on Thursday as stunned fans refused to believe her age.<\/p>\n

The S Club singer took to her official Instagram account to share her day with her 387,000 followers.<\/p>\n

In a humorous clip, Rachel could be seen at her table with a candy floss cake as she boasted a big smile on her face.<\/p>\n

The mother-of-two then turned her head as she was given a headpiece to wear, which read: ‘It’s my birthday’.<\/p>\n

Turning to the other side, Rachel was given a pair of black sunglasses before she turned once more where she was given a long candle she jokingly pretended was a cigarette.<\/p>\n

After lighting it, ageless pop star Rachel placed the candle in her cake before blowing it out.<\/p>\n

She captioned the video, which played Michael Buble’s Feeling Good: ‘Chapter 48 baby and I\u2019m feeling good.’<\/p>\n

While fans flooded Rachel with birthday messages, they couldn’t believe her age, writing: ‘Absolutely refuse to believe it. 27 AT LEAST. Happy birthday mama!’;<\/p>\n

‘Happy Birthday! You dont look a day over 30’; ‘Happy birthday 48 no way you look as young as you did in Sclub 7’;<\/p>\n

‘Happy birthday Rachel always been my idol since I was little so thank you!’; ‘Happy birthday rach! wishing you the best year ahead, and many more. love you so much queen’.<\/p>\n

Rachel\u00a0announced she had separated from her childhood sweetheart, Alex, in July 2022, just one month shy of their 13-year anniversary.<\/a>\u00a0<\/p>\n

She then\u00a0split from Dancing On Ice’s Brendyn Hatfield last October after three years<\/a>\u00a0together.<\/p>\n

Rachel previously admitted she struggled to come to terms with the end of her previous relationship because she buried her feelings.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Speaking to HELLO!’s Second Act <\/a>podcast, Rachel explained: ‘From some days to the next, some days you feel empowered, you feel like: ‘Yes, I’ve got this’ and then other days you feel like you just wanna cry under the duvet and hide.<\/p>\n

‘I went from being married and then went into another long relationship, and I don’t know if I actually fully grieved the loss of my marriage. I constantly felt like my nervous system was on fight or flight.’<\/p>\n

She continued: ‘For a long time, I put the smile on and turned up and became the person that I thought I should be and got very lost along the way.\u00a0<\/p>\n

‘And now after real sort of experience of divorce, being a parent, with heart break it’s only really suddenly I have to build those foundations. I [put a lid on my feelings] and just sort of numbed myself because the feelings were just too much.<\/p>\n

‘When I feel anything that’s sort of very emotional I withdraw, I isolate – so I’m really learning to reach out and be gentle and nurturing with myself. I don’t have to be anything other than what I am.’<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, This Morning host Dermot O’Leary recently revealed he had a dream about Rachel.<\/a><\/p>\n

Last week, Dermot, 52, was joined by co-star Alison Hammond for the latest instalment of the show and dream expert Theresa Cheung, who was on hand to help de-code dreams submitted by viewers.<\/p>\n

The segment was sparked by Dermot sharing a bizarre dream he had earlier in the week, that he was being extorted for money by pop star Rachel.<\/p>\n

He told viewers: ‘I had a dream last night that Rachel Stevens was extorting me for money. I was shocked. I had to pay her. I don’t know what it was for.’<\/p>\n

This Morning brought in Theresa to try and make sense of the dream for Dermot, who was left red in the face as she suggested it was ‘compromising’ for the star.<\/p>\n

As they announced her dream segment call-in later in the show, Theresa joked: ‘I wanna hear about your dreams, what songs have appeared in your dreams?\u00a0<\/p>\n

‘Have you found yourself in a compromising position with a in your dreams rather like Dermot.’<\/p>\n

But Dermot was quick to fire back: ‘NOT compromising. It\u2019s not compromising. My wife\u2019s watching.
