Gemma Collins clashes with campmate Sinitta as tensions begin to rise on tonight\u2019s episode of I\u2019m A Celebrity\u2026 Get Me Out Of Here! South Africa.<\/p>\n

In a preview of Thursday\u2019s show, the reality TV star continues to struggle with life in the jungle, and tells the Bush Telegraph she needs to call her agent after sleeping in \u201cthe worst possible bed\u201d in the Savannah Slum camp.<\/p>\n

Collins, 45, also faces a confrontation with pop star Sinitta after the two camps merge and the singer questions her career and talent, referring to the TV personality as a \u201ccomedian\u201d.<\/p>\n

Early in the episode, former The Only Way Is Essex star Collins makes her campmates laugh as she struggles to adapt to camp life and complains about the sleeping situation.<\/p>\n

She says: \u201cWe shouldn\u2019t be suffering. Like, let\u2019s get real, we are celebrities \u2013 do you know what I mean? No one should have to suffer like this, let alone a celeb.\u201d<\/p>\n

The contestants stuck in Savannah Slum are then sent to join the main camp, where Collins is seen tearfully confiding in Craig Charles, who starred with her in the 2014 series.<\/p>\n

She says: \u201cNo one else knows me here and I don\u2019t want them to think I\u2019m weak.\u201d<\/p>\n

The DJ and Red Dwarf actor reassures Collins, adding: \u201cYou\u2019re going to fit right in, just be yourself.\u201d<\/p>\n

In her original series, Collins quit after three days because she struggled with the environment in Australia, but has called her appearance on the South African version a \u201credemption\u201d.<\/p>\n

Sinitta later asks the reality TV star about the musical Chicago, which Collins had been due to feature in as Matron \u201cMama\u201d Morton in 2022, but had to withdraw from the production due to a \u201cterrible injury\u201d.<\/p>\n

The singer, who has also featured in Chicago on stage, tells Collins she thought the casting was a \u201cjoke announcement\u201d.<\/p>\n

Collins replies: \u201cIt\u2019s not a joke, Sinitta, I auditioned for it fair and square. Did all the training and everything, had a voice coach.\u201d<\/p>\n

Sinitta explains: \u201cI think you had just presented something, some awards, and fallen off the stage \u2013 it was like you were more of a comedian.\u201d<\/p>\n

Comparing her to US socialite Zsa Zsa Gabor, Sinitta adds: \u201cVery camp, very glamorous. You don\u2019t really do anything, but you make a great entrance and make everybody laugh.<\/p>\n

\u201cI didn\u2019t know you could actually sing, dance and all that jazz.\u201d<\/p>\n

\"I\u2019mSinitta says she thought Collins being cast in Chicago was a \u2018joke announcement\u2019 (Ian West\/PA)<\/p>\n

Former Gogglebox star Scarlett Moffatt and comedian Seann Walsh look shocked as they listen to the tense discussion, and Collins defends herself, saying: \u201cI don\u2019t think you\u2019d get cast as Mama Morton in Chicago if you didn\u2019t pass the audition.\u201d<\/p>\n

Elsewhere in the episode, the Savannah Slum residents take on the \u201cpetrifying plunge\u201d bushtucker trial.<\/p>\n

The stars must dig for keys while trapped in boxes filled with water and aquatic creatures such as crocodiles and catfish.<\/p>\n

Collins is seen panicking in the confined space as she says: \u201cHave I got air, have I got air?\u201d<\/p>\n
