\u201cArran has gone through a difficult time and sometimes it takes a small bit longer to get back to where you were. Arran\u2019s only 20. When he was at Cork at 18, 19, he got in the first team, and he showed a lot of high potential.<\/p>\n
\u201cThings happened and it probably knocks you, it does, and it knocked him. But he’s finding his way. Each game he’s getting better and better. Arran is honest, he’ll run, he’ll work hard and Arran wants to be a footballer. He wants to be a footballer. He’s a good professional.<\/p>\n
\u201cI don’t get too much involved with it. I treat him as I treat the other players in the dressing room. People can have a go, listen they\u2019re entitled to it. But sometimes when you look at the pitch and you look at the players, sometimes they’ve got things going on in the background that you’ve just got to say, \u2018right, okay, yeah, he’s getting better, he’s dealing with this, he’s dealing with that\u2019.<\/p>\n
