\n\tTime has gone by so slowly since Madonna<\/a> released her 10th studio album, Confessions on a Dance Floor<\/a> in 2005. But the reigning queen of pop music gave the surest confirmation yet that a sequel is on the way.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n \n\tOn Tuesday, Madonna wiped her Instagram account, teased lyrics from the original album\u2019s lead single \u201cHung Up,\u201d and updated her website to have the phrase \u201cConfessions II\u201d flash across the screen.<\/p>\n \n\tThough no release date or further information was given, Madonna has been teasing the project since December 2024. (Rolling Stone previously reported<\/a> that a dance album was expected some time this year.)\u00a0<\/p>\n \n\tOver the past year, Madonna has confirmed that she\u2019s been back in the studio with Stuart Price, the producer behind the original Grammy-winning album.
