{"id":401563,"date":"2026-04-16T12:37:08","date_gmt":"2026-04-16T12:37:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ie\/401563\/"},"modified":"2026-04-16T12:37:08","modified_gmt":"2026-04-16T12:37:08","slug":"bank-of-ireland-ups-rate-on-12-month-term-deposit-account","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ie\/401563\/","title":{"rendered":"Bank of Ireland ups rate on 12-month term deposit account"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Bank of Ireland is raising the interest rate on its 12-month fixed-term deposit by 0.4%.<\/p>\n<p>The bank said the interest rate on its 12-month Advantage fixed-term deposit account will rise from 1.75% to 2.15%<\/p>\n<p>The increase takes effect from today.<\/p>\n<p>Bank of Ireland said that existing fixed-term deposit account holders will continue to earn interest at their original rate until the end of their term.<\/p>\n<p>The bank said its &#8220;SuperSaver&#8221; account continues to offer 3% AER fixed for the first 12 months.
