Santiago Mesa in the documentary projects category; and Isadora Romero in the environment category.\n    <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph-elevate inline-placeholder vossi-paragraph_elevate\" data-uri=\"cms.cnn.com\/_components\/paragraph\/instances\/cmo1bhakm000r356qyc4ueuji@published\" data-editable=\"text\" data-component-name=\"paragraph\" data-article-gutter=\"true\">\n            Other prizes include student photographer of the year, won by Jubair Ahmed Arnob;
