Meghan Trainor<\/a> announced her decision to cancel her entire Get In Girl tour, stating that she needed time to focus on her family and their newborn amid the release of her upcoming album, Toy With Me, releasing later this month.<\/p>\n\n\t\u201cAfter a lot of reflection and some really tough conversations, I\u2019ve made the difficult decision to cancel The Get In Girl Tour,\u201d the singer wrote in an Instagram Story post shared on April 16. \u201cBalancing the release of a new album, preparing for a nationwide tour, and welcoming our new baby girl to our growing family of five has just been more than I can take on right now, and I need to be home and present for each and all of them at this time.\u201d<\/p>\n
\n\tThe Get In Girl Tour, produced by Live Nation, was set to launch on June 12 in Clarkston, Michigan, with Trainor scheduled to perform at 30 arenas and amphitheaters across North America, featuring support from\u00a0Icona Pop.<\/p>\n
