\n\t\u201cDexter: Resurrection<\/a>\u201d Season 2 has cast both Bokeem Woodbine<\/a> and Nona Parker Johnson in series regular roles, Variety has learned exclusively. <\/p>\n

\n\tWoodbine and Johnson are the latest additions to the sophomore season of the Paramount+<\/a> Premium series. Brian Cox is set to star as Don Framt<\/a>, also known as the notorious serial killer the New York Ripper, while Dan Stevens will play The Five Boroughs Killer<\/a>. Uma Thurman is also set to reprise her role as Charley<\/a> from Season 1. <\/p>\n

\n\tJohnson will play Fiona Mixon, who is described as \u201ca training officer in the Homicide unit and a nepo-baby in the police world and Harrison\u2019s (Jack Alcott) new love interest.\u201d Woodbine will play Capt. Mixon, said to be \u201ca bulldog of a homicide captain and Fiona\u2019s father.\u201d <\/p>\n

\n\tJohnson recently starred in shows like \u201cMayor of Kingstown\u201d at Paramount+, \u201cFear the Walking Dead\u201d for AMC, and \u201cLaw & Order: Organized Crime\u201d at NBC. Her other credits include \u201cThe Handmaid\u2019s Tale,\u201d \u201cThem: Covenant,\u201d and \u201cHigh Potential.\u201d <\/p>\n

\n\tWoodbine was previously nominated for an Emmy for playing Mike Milligan in the FX anthology series \u201cFargo.\u201d His other TV roles include \u201cUnderground,\u201d \u201cHalo,\u201d and \u201cWu-Tang: An American Saga,\u201d while his film roles include \u201cRay,\u201d \u201cSpider-Man: Homecoming,\u201d and \u201cCrooklyn.\u201d He is set to appear in the \u201cBarbershop\u201d TV series currently in the works at Amazon Prime Video. <\/p>\n

\n\tJohnson is repped by CESD, M88, and Del Shaw Moonves. Woodbine is repped by Gersh and Jackoway Austen Tyerman. <\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cDexter: Resurrection\u201d was developed by original series helmer Clyde Phillips, who also serves as showrunner and executive producer on the new series. Series star Michael C. Hall executive produces in addition to starring. Scott Reynolds, Marcos Siega, Tony Hernandez, and Lilly Burns executive produce along with John Goldwyn and Sara Colleton, Veronica West, Kirsa Rein, and Tanner Bean & Katrina Mathewson.
