Natalie Portman has announced that she is expecting her third child, her first with her partner, the French musician and music producer Tanguy Destable, aka Tepr.<\/p>\n

Portman shared the couple’s happy news in an interview with Harper’s Bazaar.<\/p>\n

“Tanguy and I are very excited,” the 44-year-old said.<\/p>\n

“I’m just very grateful. I know it’s such a privilege and a miracle.”<\/p>\n

Portman said her perspective on pregnancy has long been shaped by her upbringing as the daughter of \u200ca fertility doctor.<\/p>\n

“I \u2060grew up hearing about how hard it is to get pregnant,” she told the magazine.<\/p>\n

“I have so many people I love who have had such a hard time.”<\/p>\n

Portman said she has more energy than \u200cshe expected, noting that she is cherishing each moment because it will likely be her last \u2060pregnancy.<\/p>\n

Portman and her former husband, the director and choreographer Benjamin Millepied, have two children together: son Aleph,14, and daughter Amalia, nine.<\/p>\n

The former couple married in August 2012. Their divorce was finalised in early 2024.<\/p>\n

Black Swan \u2060and Thor \u200cstar Portman has many accolades, including an Academy Award, a BAFTA, and two Golden Globe wins.<\/p>\n

One of Portman’s most anticipated upcoming films is the \u20602026 dark absurdist comedy The Gallerist, directed by Cathy Yan and starring Portman alongside \u2060Jenna Ortega, Sterling K Brown, and Catherine Zeta-Jones.<\/p>\n

The film follows a gallerist, played by Portman, who is driven by desperation and comes up with a scheme to sell a dead man at the renowned modern art show Art Basel \u200cMiami.<\/p>\n
