The\u00a0Spice Girls<\/a> shared throwback pictures of their ‘gorgeous friend’ Victoria Beckham<\/a>\u00a0on her 52nd birthday in a sweet Instagram tribute on Friday.<\/p>\n

Victoria found fame in the iconic girl group alongside Mel B, Mel C, Emma Bunton and Geri Horner<\/a>\u00a0in 1996 before eventually splitting in 2001.\u00a0<\/p>\n

They reunited in 2007 for a world tour, followed by a performance at the 2012 London Olympics<\/a> closing ceremony and later a 2019 UK tour as a four piece without Victoria.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Emma shared: ‘Sending birthday kisses my gorgeous friend, @victoriabeckham! Love you lots.’<\/p>\n

Geri wrote: ‘Happy birthday @victoriabeckham I love you! \u2764\ufe0f’<\/p>\n

David Beckham marked his wife’s birthday with a picture of when he first fell in love with her, as one poking fun of that viral Rolls-Royce moment.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The former footballer, 50, took to Instagram to share a collection of meaningful and humorous throwback snaps of Posh Spice.<\/p>\n

David posted a picture of Victoria from the Spice Girls<\/a>‘ 1996 Say You’ll Be There music video – the first time she caught his eye and he fell in love with her.\u00a0<\/p>\n

He went on to share a picture of Posh Spice when she was a little girl, with her standing next to her father’s Rolls-Royce.<\/p>\n

David is clearly feeling playful as Victoria famously\u00a0discussed her working class roots with producers in David’s 2023\u00a0Netflix<\/a> show.\u00a0<\/p>\n

David interrupted and told Victoria to admit that her dad used to drive her to school in\u00a0 a\u00a0Rolls-Royce – a high-end car.\u00a0<\/p>\n

His thoughtful post continued with a capture of his wife posing with her parents Tony and Jackie Adams.<\/p>\n

David also reshared a honeymoon snap of them looking loved up in 1999 as they jetted off to the South of France.\u00a0<\/p>\n

He ended his poignant post by writing to the mother-of-four: ‘Happy Birthday to the one & only Posh Spice we love you so much and we will make sure you have the most special day because as the best Wife, Mum, friend & of course gym partner you deserve too. Happy Birthday We Love You.’<\/p>\n

Romeo\u00a0was the first of Victoria’s offspring to take to social media to celebrate her day with a gushing tribute.<\/p>\n

Sharing a snap of them both, Romeo penned: ‘Happy Birthday mum love you so so much have the best day @victoriabeckham.’<\/p>\n

Days before her birthday, Victoria addressed her eldest son Brooklyn’s estrangement from the family.<\/p>\n

She insisted that she and husband David have always ‘tried to protect and love our children’.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

The Spice Girl was asked about her relationship with Brooklyn in a new interview with the Wall Street Journal.<\/p>\n

Whilst the magazine says ‘she does not reply with his name,’ the mother of four, 51, has, for the first time, spoken directly about their ongoing feud.<\/p>\n

‘I think that we’ve always \u2014 we love our children so much’, she said. ‘We’ve always tried to be the best parents that we can be.<\/p>\n

‘And you know, we’ve been in the public eye for more than 30 years right now, and all we’ve ever tried to do is protect our children and love our children. And you know, that’s all I really want to say about it’.<\/p>\n
