The 2026 edition of An Evening With EVOKE unfolded in spectacular style as some of the nation’s most glamorous ladies came together for an unforgettable offering of fun, frivolity, fine food, and, of course, fashion.<\/p>\n

Now in its fourth year<\/a>, the fashion supper was hosted in the cherry blossom-laden surroundings of the Herbert Park Hotel and Residence in association with HerMoney.ie.<\/p>\n

The evening got underway with a prosecco and Au Vodka cocktail reception, after which EVOKE editor Sybil Mulcahy and Carol Brick, MD of HerMoney.ie, officially launched proceedings by welcoming guests.<\/p>\n

Then it was on to the first of two exciting catwalk shows, expertly curated by Mandy Maher, where attendees perused the latest designs and trends from renowned Irish designers such as Helen McAlinden and Fiona Heaney of FeeG, as well as much-loved boutiques and online outlets such as Harper’s Boutique and Very Ireland.<\/p>\n

As the night unfolded, guests tucked into a delectable four-course supper of a salmon starter, tasty chicken main, cheesecake dessert, and petit fours, all complemented by wines from The Nude Wine Co.<\/p>\n

The chatter came to a hush as the first of the night’s guest speakers took to the stage. Jennifer Wrynne hardly needs any introduction, thanks to her sterling career in fashion, but it was her moving story of battling breast cancer that gripped the room.<\/p>\n

She outlined her story of how she learned she had breast cancer as a new mother, just weeks after welcoming her fourth child. <\/p>\n

Jennifer confessed that she had never checked her breasts in her life and spoke of finding the lump by chance in the shower, explaining that she felt ‘lucky’ that it was close to the surface of her skin and discovered early.<\/p>\n

The mum-of-four told the room: ‘It’s like it came out to meet me. I was lucky that I found it so easily. I feel like it found me more than I found it.’ <\/p>\n

Jennifer delved into the moment that she received her diagnosis and navigated her way through her treatment plan and her overcoming her fears of losing her hair and wearing a wig.<\/p>\n

Jennifer also touched on her advocacy and how ‘cancer became my life’ and how it was like a ‘full-time job’ for a year, but that she is now grateful to be coming out of the other end of her battle.<\/p>\n

‘Life is so much better, even though it hasn’t changed, you know, even the smaller things, they’re just so much better,’ she said. <\/p>\n

Moving on to the second serving of fashion on the night, attendees were treated to an incredible showcase of Paul Costelloe’s designs.<\/p>\n

The show also offered standout looks from Stables and Aria’s Boutique, and Fusion, as well as race day-ready millinery from Jennifer’s Hat Emporium.<\/p>\n

The evening’s fashion offerings finished on a high with the latest collection from Roisin Lenane.<\/p>\n

Another highlight of the evening came when beauty expert Mark Rogers was joined on stage by EVOKE’s beauty editor, Laura Bermingham.<\/p>\n

The conversation quickly descended into echoes of laughter around the room and, at times, hilariously irreverent stories.<\/p>\n

Mark also shared his expertise and tips with our readers who shared their beauty dilemmas on the night, at which point there was just time left to hand out some prizes. <\/p>\n

Lisa Canon stepped in to choose the Most Stylish Lady and the title was awarded to Aine Purcell, who wowed the judges with a dress she revealed she had coincidentally purchased from Roisin Lenane several years ago. Her prize was an overnight stay in the penthouse suite at the Herbert Park Hotel.<\/p>\n

Elsewhere, another lucky reader, Joanne Byrne, nabbed a \u20ac500 voucher for Hayfield Manor for posting the best social media on the night.<\/p>\n

None of our guests left empty-handed; each left with a fantastic goody bag and great memories from the night. See you all again next year!<\/p>\n
