Reality TV star Gemma Collins left fans thinking she was quitting I\u2019m A Celebrity\u2026 Get Me Out Of Here! after she uttered the famous words in despair following a prank by former football manager Harry Redknapp.<\/p>\n
Redknapp told the celebrities that they all had to take part in a late-night challenge titled \u201cprison of hell\u201d \u2013 just moments after they had returned to camp after completing another task during Friday night\u2019s episode.<\/p>\n
The show, which is an all-star spin-off of the original and is set in South Africa, saw Collins sink to the ground, declaring: \u201cI\u2019m a celebrity, get me out of here.<\/p>\n
\u201cI\u2019m done. I can\u2019t do any more.\u201d<\/p>\n
The Only Way Is Essex star wiped tears from here eyes and held her head in her hands, as campmate Scarlett Moffatt looked on in shock.<\/p>\n
Her outburst followed her breaking down on Wednesday night\u2019s show and confiding in former Emmerdale actor Adam Thomas: \u201cI don\u2019t think I can take it.\u201d<\/p>\n
However Redknapp then told the gathered campmates that he had been joking \u2013 and there was no late-night challenge after all.<\/p>\n
\u201cThat was right up my street,\u201d a delighted looking Redknapp said.<\/p>\n
\u201cA proper wind-up. They fell for it hook, line and sinker. Oh, it worked a treat.\u201d<\/p>\n
Collins explained that a prison task would have sent her over the edge.<\/p>\n
\u201cTo me, it was claustrophic (sic). I would just have to say them fateful words,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n
The episode also saw Collins open up about her views on body image, telling Moffatt: \u201cWe\u2019re under scrutiny all the time, and I never used to worry about it, but because everyone goes on about body image, this, that and the other, you then become like thinking you\u2019re disgusting and ugly every day.<\/p>\n
\u201cBecause of all the pressure and, you know, people saying horrible things. And actually, I\u2019m just alright as I am.\u201d<\/p>\n
Collins later added: \u201cThis is me. I get sick of it \u2013 this diet, that diet, this pen, that pen.<\/p>\n
\u201cYou know, at the end of the day, I think we\u2019ve just got to accept all of us come in different shapes and sizes, and we can all be beautiful in our own way. It\u2019s really what\u2019s in your heart.\u201d<\/p>\n
Friday night\u2019s show, which was filmed on Pussycat Doll Ashley James\u2019s birthday, also saw Olympic running champion Sir Mo Farah win 10 stars for the celebrities in a task that saw him have to crawl through and dig in containers full of snakes, insects, and even a crocodile.<\/p>\n
The celebrities then had to take part in an evening task, which saw them have to balance a ball in front of them for as long as they could \u2013 with the other campmates eventually allowing James to win it as it was her birthday.<\/p>\n
