{"id":40618,"date":"2025-09-24T12:30:09","date_gmt":"2025-09-24T12:30:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ie\/40618\/"},"modified":"2025-09-24T12:30:09","modified_gmt":"2025-09-24T12:30:09","slug":"most-scholarship-recipients-in-japan-are-struggling-with-inflation","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ie\/40618\/","title":{"rendered":"Most scholarship recipients in Japan are struggling with inflation"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Over 90% of scholarship recipients in Japan are in financial strain due to inflation, a nonprofit organization survey has found.<\/p>\n<p>According to the online survey by Osaka-based DxP, 91% of respondents who are receiving grant-type scholarships and seeking food aid from the Japan Student Services Organization say their livelihoods are getting worse amid rising prices, with 19.8% describing their situation as dire.
