Kyle Cooke, Amanda\u2019s estranged ex-husband, shared his reaction to the moment on Instagram Threads.<\/p>\n

The Summer House drama shows absolutely no signs of stopping, so for those of you (understandably) struggling to keep up, here\u2019s the latest update: Amanda Batula declared that she will not being hiding away<\/a> amid the drama that her relationship with West Wilson has caused, and as such, they\u2019re still going out to public places. The couple even went to a New York Yankees game on April 17<\/a>, and engaged in a heavy dose of PDA\u2014and unsurprisingly, Kyle Cooke had some thoughts about that.<\/p>\n

During the game\u2019s Kiss Cam segment (AKA a small break in the game that sees the jumbotron searching for couples in the crowd), Amanda and West shared a brief kiss.<\/p>\n

\u201cWas not prepared to see that,\u201d Kyle commented on a Summer House chain on Threads<\/a> on Saturday, April 18. \u201cAnd that. And that \ud83e\udd22.\u201d<\/p>\n

As a reminder, Kyle and Amanda announced their mutual separation in a January 19 statement. \u201cAfter much reflection, we have mutually and amicably decided to part ways as a couple. We share this with a heavy heart and kindly ask for your grace and support while we focus on our personal growth and healing,\u201d they wrote.<\/p>\n

They added, \u201cIt feels ironic to ask for privacy during this time since we\u2019ve always tried to be open and honest about our relationship, but your kindness and respect will go a long way as we try to navigate our next chapter.\u201d<\/p>\n

Since the Amanda and West drama has come to light, Kyle has shared some doubt about the timeline of Amanda and West\u2019s relationship<\/a>. \u201cI\u2019ve seen rumors, I\u2019ve seen blinds, and I\u2019ve had DM that say it dates back to June [2025],\u201d Kyle said during a street interview. \u201cBut I\u2019m gonna get crazy DMs like that. I don\u2019t know what to believe.\u201d He added that there was a \u201clittle murkiness\u201d with his and Amanda\u2019s separation.<\/p>\n

Kyle also noted that West \u201cpositioned himself very conveniently to be this knight in shining armor for women, standing up for Amanda, checking me. I watch that, and for him to say what he said in his confessional, and double down on Watch What Happens, I was like\u2026something\u2019s up. He basically threw his friendship away with me in one swoop. And that\u2019s when the wheels started turning in terms of, wait a minute, all these rumors.\u201d<\/p>\n

And of course, Kyle is feeling pretty hurt by the situation\u2014he\u2019s still piecing together how he plans to \u201cconfront West\u201d and explained that they werw once very close friends. \u201cI was at his parents\u2019 house, I was riding horses at his dad\u2019s ranch. Like, there\u2019s some wild betrayal here.\u201d<\/p>\n

Kyle, however, might be moving on romantically\u2014he was apparently spotted kissing Real Housewives of Orange County alum Meghan King<\/a> at Page Six\u2019s party with Nine West in New York City on April 16, so\u2026we\u2019ll just sit tight for that reunion special.<\/p>\n
