Former Spice Girls star Victoria Beckham has thanked her family and friends for a \u201cmost magical\u201d birthday.<\/p>\n
The Essex-born star turned 52 on Friday, with her husband, former England footballer David Beckham, paying tribute to \u201cthe one and only Posh Spice\u201d, while their sons Romeo and Cruz also sent their birthday wishes.<\/p>\n
Victoria posted on Instagram: \u201cDream big then dream even bigger.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe most magical day with my family and friends. Thank you for all your love and kindness. I feel so grateful.\u201d<\/p>\n
The fashion designer did not receive any messages or mentions from her eldest son, Brooklyn Peltz Beckham, with whom she and David have an ongoing family feud.<\/p>\n
The couple also have a teenage daughter, Harper, with Victoria reposting a photo of them embracing during a meal to celebrate her birthday on her own Instagram stories.<\/p>\n
David poked fun at his \u201cworking class wife\u201d posting a photo of her as a young girl standing in front of a Rolls-Royce on Instagram on Friday.<\/p>\n
He also posted a series of photos of the couple over the years, as well as during her days as a Spice Girl in the 1990s.<\/p>\n
David said: \u201cHappy birthday to the one & only Posh Spice.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe love you so much and we will make sure you have the most special day because as the best wife, mum, friend & of course gym partner you deserve too. Happy Birthday. We love you.\u201d<\/p>\n
Romeo posted a more recent photo of himself and Victoria with her arms around him.<\/p>\n
He said: \u201cHappy birthday mum. Love you so so much. Have the best day.\u201d<\/p>\n
Cruz chose to post an image of himself as a toddler being carried in his mother\u2019s arms.<\/p>\n
He added: \u201cHappy birthday @victoriabeckham, I love you. You inspire me every day.\u201d<\/p>\n
A message was also left on the Victoria Beckham Beauty Instagram account, saying: \u201cThere\u2019s only one @VictoriaBeckham. To our founder and creative director, a very happy birthday.\u201d<\/p>\n
Victoria spoke about the feud with Brooklyn for the first time this week in an interview with The Wall Street Journal.<\/p>\n
She said she and David \u201clove our children so much\u201d and have \u201calways tried to be the best parents\u201d.<\/p>\n
The high profile couple were accused by Brooklyn of \u201ctrying endlessly to ruin my relationship since before my wedding\u201d in a social media post in January, which also saw him allege his wife Nicola Peltz Beckham had been \u201cdisrespected\u201d by his family.<\/p>\n
Asked about the situation, Victoria told The Wall Street Journal: \u201cI think that we\u2019ve always \u2013 we love our children so much.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe\u2019ve always tried to be the best parents that we can be, and you know, we\u2019ve been in the public eye for more than 30 years right now, and all we\u2019ve ever tried to do is protect our children and love our children, and you know, that\u2019s all I really want to say about it.\u201d<\/p>\n
It comes after social media posts saw Brooklyn add that he did not want to \u201creconcile\u201d with his family, having accused David and Victoria of prioritising \u201cBrand Beckham\u201d over all else and controlling narratives in the press.<\/p>\n
