A den with a wet bar, a brick-floored study, and a powder room cap off the main level.<\/p>\n

Upstairs, the second and third floors are taken up by guest bedrooms\u2014the top floor sports dormered ceilings, multiple window seats, and a whimsical bathroom surrounded by jungle wallpaper. Inspired by the maximalist interior designer Dorothy Draper, the space is decked out in playful wallpaper, bright textiles, and marble checkerboard flooring.<\/p>\n

The Charleston abode is on the market for $10.9 million with Leslie Turner at Maison Real Estate. While it\u2019s a more recent build in the city, it still fits with the historic properties that dot the southern town, like a Greek Revival estate that listed for $7.4 million just a couple of months ago.<\/p>\n
