\n\tABC\u2019s \u201cHigh Potential<\/a>\u201d ended its second season once again living up to its name. Season 2 of the Kaitlin Olson starrer ended on April 7 with 12.69 million total viewers according to Nielsen live+7 multiplatform numbers.<\/p>\n

\n\tThat\u2019s a smidge down from the show\u2019s Season 1 finale in February 2025 (12.79 million viewers) but up from the show\u2019s Season 2 premiere in September (11.99 million viewers). And that had been ABC\u2019s best season premiere for a drama since 2020 (\u201cGrey\u2019s Anatomy\u201d).<\/p>\n

\n\tThe Season 2 finale gave \u201cHigh Potential\u201d a six-week high, landing its best numbers since February. That multiplatform number is up 137% vs. the show\u2019s live+same day average of 5.36 million viewers. Also, the finale averaged a 2.04 rating with adults 18-49 when multiplatform L+7 numbers are included \u2014 up 716% from the 0.25 rating in live+same day.<\/p>\n

\n\tWhen just looking at linear viewership, \u201cHigh Potential\u2019s\u201d season finale shot up to 8.71 million total viewers and a 0.61 rating with adults 18-49. That also is a six-week high in those measurements.<\/p>\n

\n\tABC notes that multiplatform ratings currently have \u201cHigh Potential\u201d tied with CBS\u2019 newcomer \u201cMarshals\u201d as the No. 1 broadcast show in adults 18-49 (2.27 rating).<\/p>\n

\n\tKaitlin Olson stars in \u201cHigh Potential\u201d as Morgan, a single mom who discovers her ability to solve crimes \u2014 leading her to partner with a detective played by Daniel Sunjata. Javicia Leslie, Deniz Akdeniz, Amirah J, Matthew Lamb, Steve Howey and Judy Reyes also star. 20th TV is behind the show, which is based on the French series \u201cHaut Potentiel Intellectuel (HPI)\u201d and was created in the U.S. by Drew Goddard. Goddard and Sarah Esberg of Goddard Textiles, showrunner Todd Harthan, Marc Halsey and Olson serve are executive producers.<\/p>\n
