Taylor believes Littler’s social media presence is baiting fans further and says the teenager should head to the practice room instead.<\/p>\n
“I think it\u2019s something [crowds booing] that he\u2019s got to learn \u2013 he\u2019s only young,” Taylor told the Double Tops podcast.<\/p>\n
“I don\u2019t think Luke is a villain by any means. Him not playing quite as well is great for the game, but I really like him and I understand what he\u2019s going through.<\/p>\n
“If he asked me for advice, there are a few things I\u2019d say to him, but I\u2019ll only do that if he wants it.<\/p>\n
“He needs to get off social media \u2013 put that phone down and just don\u2019t keep posting things as a reaction. I have social media, but I have people to post for me.<\/p>\n
“I was always told, ‘whatever you do, don\u2019t have an opinion on social media\u2019.<\/p>\n
“What I\u2019m trying to say is you can\u2019t win on there, so don\u2019t try to.<\/p>\n
“He needs to practise more; he literally does not practise.<\/p>\n

\nLuke Littler defended his World Championship title last January<\/p>\n
“We did an exhibition together. I was there as the guest speaker and Luke sat there for about two and a half hours on his phone.<\/p>\n
“He was playing Luke Humphries, who was practising like mad for it, but he was there just playing on his phone.<\/p>\n
“I asked him if he was going to practise and he went, \u2018nah\u2019. He then goes and beats Humphries 8-1!<\/p>\n
“I was thinking, \u2018this is impossible\u2019\u2026 but he did it.<\/p>\n
“For Luke to do what he\u2019s doing with so little practice shows the amount of talent he\u2019s got.”<\/p>\n
Taylor reckons Littler\u2019s form has dropped since his fall-out with the Dutchman and he puts that down to the crowd reaction.<\/p>\n
“It does seem to have had an impact because he isn\u2019t playing as well,” he added.<\/p>\n
“Eventually it will stop but I think, at the moment, the thing I\u2019d say to Luke is just go and play out of your skin.<\/p>\n
