Ice Spice<\/a>\u2019s lawyer has revealed that the attack<\/a> on her at a Hollywood McDonald\u2019s has been reported to the Los Angeles Police Department.<\/p>\n

On Apr. 15, the rapper was eating at McDonald\u2019s with a friend when she was approached by a woman who slapped her after a brief conversation. Footage of the altercation revealed that the two also got into a confrontation outside of the restaurant afterwards.<\/p>\n

Speaking to TMZ<\/a> about the situation, Ice Spice\u2019s lawyer, Bradford Cohen, said, “The unprovoked attack on my client has been reported to the LAPD, and we will be pursuing any and all avenues to hold the perpetrators responsible for their actions, including criminally and civilly. We are also exploring holding the location responsible for their lack of appropriate security.”<\/p>\n

Complex reached out to Cohen for more information, but he did not immediately respond.<\/p>\n

Soon after the footage of the altercation hit the internet, the attacker, identified online as a woman named Vayah, spoke to TMZ about what allegedly happened that made her attack Ice Spice.<\/p>\n

Vayah claimed<\/a> that she approached Ice Spice as she was eating to compliment her, but the rapper was argumentative in return. \u201cShe was like, \u2018Why are you over here? You can leave, bye,\u2019\u201d said Vayah. \u201cI was like, \u2018Why are you being rude?\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n

After Ice Spice allegedly called the woman a \u201cbitch,\u201d Vayah slapped her \u2014 causing her to get forcibly removed from McDonald\u2019s. The altercation wasn\u2019t over though, according to Vayah \u2014 Ice Spice allegedly wanted to fight outside of the restaurant, which turned into another altercation where Vayah\u2019s friend\u2019s phone was broken.<\/p>\n

Vayah revealed that she\u2019s no longer a fan of Ice Spice because of how the rapper treated her. \u201cAs a fan, I\u2019m not expecting you to be rude,\u201d she said. \u201cShe had a different attitude towards me. She lost a fan. I can\u2019t listen to her anymore.\u201d<\/p>\n
