\n\tTyla<\/a> has unveiled the release date of her highly anticipated sophomore album: A*Pop is set to arrive July 24.<\/p>\n \n\tThe star teased the announcement with an album trailer on Wednesday, which showcases her upcoming LP as \u201cAfrican,\u201d \u201cUnapologetic,\u201d \u201cConfident,\u201d and \u201cGlobal.\u201d The follow-up to her self-tiled debut arrives after the release of her hit single \u201cChanel\u201d and Y2K-fueled collaboration \u201cShe Did It Again<\/a>\u201d with Zara Larsson. <\/p>\n \n\tIn February, Tyla revealed to Rolling Stone <\/a>that her second album was on the way. Discussing the LP, Tyla said, \u201cI feel like the first album, it was very hectic, it was a rush. It was like, all of a sudden, overnight craziness. So now that I\u2019m settled in, I feel like I know more about my direction and what I want to do, what I want to say.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n \n\tShe added, \u201cI just knew that as I lived through the making of the album, it was going to fall into place, which it did.
