Grammy-winning artist Jelly Roll shared a candid update about his widely followed weight-loss journey.<\/p>\n

The 41-year-old \u201cSave Me\u201d singer, whose real name is Jason Bradley DeFord, published a YouTube<\/a> video on Friday detailing his fitness progress to fans.<\/p>\n

\u201cI have, to some degree, lost my way,\u201d he admitted.<\/p>\n

After his incredible weight loss from 560 pounds to 264 pounds, he achieved his dream of appearing on the cover of Men\u2019s Health magazine<\/a> in January.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis is where the game gets a little ugly,\u201d he continued in the video.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe hit the goal, and it was right before the holidays. So, I was like, you know what, man? I\u2019ve been working hard for the last three years losing this weight. Said, \u2018I\u2019m going to enjoy the holidays.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n

Jelly told viewers about the holiday food he enjoyed and his uninhibited birthday celebration.<\/p>\n

\u201cI had a big Thanksgiving meal, and I had a big birthday meal, and I ate a big Christmas meal,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

Then, just two weeks before Christmas Day, Jelly broke his collarbone in an ATV accident that led to a hospital visit and halted his exercise routine.<\/p>\n

Since then, he says he has avoided weighing himself.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m afraid to see what the scale is going to say,\u201c he admitted. <\/p>\n

\u201cI feel really fat, I feel really bloated,\u201d he added. \u201cI feel like the scale\u2019s gonna let me down. I feel like I\u2019m gonna find out I\u2019ve gained like 15 pounds over the f—ing last six months.\u201d<\/p>\n

He then stepped on the scale, which showed Jelly\u2019s weight was slightly over 276 pounds. <\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019re up 12 pounds,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

Now, Jelly is back on his exercise routine, sharing his plan to run his first New York City Marathon in November.<\/p>\n

\u201cI want to get these last 40 or 50 lbs off, and then I eventually want to cut my skin,\u201d Jelly said of his future intentions.<\/p>\n

\u201cAnd I eventually want to be on the cover of something crazy like GQ or Rolling Stone or Vanity Fair or Forbes or Time with my shirt off. I know this is getting real silly now, but I don\u2019t know. I just believe there\u2019s this story that a guy can go from 560 pounds to a shirt off picture,\u201d he said, adding, \u201cIt\u2019s absurd.\u201d<\/p>\n
