The units, positioned on a higher floor, were acquired from Tryksha Real Estate Private Limited, an arm of Lotus Developers.The investment has been structured across the family, with Pooja Dadlani, her husband, and her father purchasing one apartment each.Each unit spans a carpet area of 1,511.15 sq ft and includes an 81.16 sq ft balcony, taking the combined area of all three apartments to 4,776 sq ft. <\/p>\n

The transactions were registered on April 21, 2026. The buyers paid a stamp duty of Rs 2.16 crore along with a registration fee of Rs 90,000.
