\n Maurice Shanley: A hop of a long ball in caught him out for Se\u00e1n O\u2019Connor\u2019s early goal. Didn\u2019t do anything wrong from there. 6.\n <\/p>\n
\n Daniel O’Mahony: Made two terrific pull-stretch diving blocks to prevent Tipp points in the first half. Switched onto danger-man Se\u00e1n O\u2019Connor for the second half. 6.\n <\/p>\n
\n Se\u00e1n Meehan: Solid outing. Tipp\u2019s starting corner-forwards only managed a point from play between them. 6.\n <\/p>\n
\n Brian O’Driscoll: Difficult few days for all involved in Carrigaline GAA club after the sudden death of Darragh King but O\u2019Driscoll, wearing a black armband, was immense. Scored a point, fouled for a free and set up three points. 8.\n <\/p>\n
\n Tommy Walsh: Growing into the centre-back role nicely. Popped up field to have a hand in a couple of scores and good second half overall. 7.\n <\/p>\n
\n Luke Fahy: Classy feint bought him room for a point early on, maintaining his scoring form since the league and then raided up for another couple in the second half. Won some important primary possession for good measure. 8.\n <\/p>\n
\n Ian Maguire: Powerful second half, where Cork won 11 of Tipp\u2019s kick-outs which gave them the platform to dominate. Made a number of dangerous runs in behind the Tipp rearguard. 7.\n <\/p>\n
\n Se\u00e1n Walsh: Grabbed a couple of kick-outs but not as forceful in midfield as you\u2019d have hoped. 6.\n <\/p>\n
\n Paul Walsh: Quieter outing than usual but still had a couple of assists. 6.\n <\/p>\n
\n Conor Cahalane: Replacing the injured Dara Sheedy, first half didn\u2019t go his way and replaced at the break. 6.\n <\/p>\n
\n Se\u00e1n McDonnell: Like Cahalane, just struggled to get involved before coming off at half-time. Both players capable of much more.\u00a06.\n <\/p>\n
\n Mark Cronin: Ended up with a point from play but also had 1-4 in assists and fouled for a converted free. Moved to centre-forward in second half and linked play effectively. 7.\n <\/p>\n
\n Chris \u00d3g Jones: Strange opening period was summed up by the fact he grabbed a goal but was twice pulled up for overcarrying. Buried a second-half goal to finish with 2-2 and saw another effort whiz wide. 7.\n <\/p>\n
\n Steven Sherlock: Didn\u2019t have a possession in the opening quarter but then clipped two lovely points before half-time. Arched over a soaring two-pointer and rattled the crossbar with a goal chance in the second half. 7.\n <\/p>\n
\n Brian Hurley: Only managed 20 second-half minutes before going off injured but conjured 0-3 from play, including a classy two-pointer, and looked very sharp. 7.\n <\/p>\n

Didn’t feature in the Limerick game but showed the importance of his leadership and energy to get Cork motoring off the bench. 8.\n <\/p>\n
\n Colm O\u2019Callaghan: Carrying a knock, had a big fourth quarter, smashing in a super goal and teeing up 1-1. 7.\n <\/p>\n
\n Conor Corbett: Lively showing in last 15 minutes for coming in for Hurley, setting up and scoring a goal. 6.\n <\/p>\n
