\n\tIt\u2019s all about Justin Bieber<\/a> music making his fans move, as his early-career hit \u201cBeauty and a Beat,\u201d featuring Nicki Minaj<\/a>, jumps two places to No. 1 on the Billboard Global Excl. U.S.<\/a> chart.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe 2010s classic is one of three Bieber hits in the Global Excl. U.S. top 10 following his high-profile performances at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in Indio, Calif., on both April 11<\/a> and April 18<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cBeauty and a Beat\u201d gained by 93% to 65.4 million streams outside the U.S. April 17-23, according to Luminate. The song, which hit No. 6 on the U.S.-based Billboard Hot 100 in 2012, was part of his April 11 Coachella performance, a hybrid spotlight that blended proper live songs with clips of his early hits played directly from YouTube.<\/p>\n

\n\tBieber earns his third No. 1 since Global Excl. U.S. began in September 2020, after \u201cStay,\u201d with The Kid LAROI, ruled for 11 weeks beginning in August 2021 and \u201cPeaches,\u201d featuring Daniel Caesar and Giveon, led for two weeks that April.<\/p>\n

\n\tAlso notably, \u201cBeauty and a Beat\u201d is the second non-holiday song to top Global Excl. U.S. more than a decade after its release, after Kate Bush\u2019s \u201cRunning Up That Hill (A Deal With God),\u201d 1985, led for a week in 2022<\/a>, sparked by its sync in Netflix\u2019s Stranger Things. (Two holiday standards have hit No. 1: Mariah Carey\u2019s \u201cAll I Want for Christmas Is You,\u201d from 1994, and Wham!\u2019s \u201cLast Christmas,\u201d from 1984.)<\/p>\n

\n\tBieber\u2019s \u201cDaisies\u201d returns to the Global Excl. U.S. top 10 (26-6), after it wrapped both of his Coachella appearances. The song, from his 2025 album Swag, and which debuted at its No. 4 peak last July, gained 64% to 30.6 million streams outside the U.S.<\/p>\n

\n\tPlus, Bieber\u2019s \u201cBaby\u201d \u2014 the first of his 27 career Hot 100 top 10s; it hit No. 5 in 2010 \u2014 glides 23-7 for a new Global Excl. U.S. high with 31.1 million streams (up 49%). Bieber pushes his total to 10 top 10s since the chart began.<\/p>\n

\n\tOlivia Rodrigo\u2019s \u201cDrop Dead\u201d debuts at No. 3 on Global Excl. U.S. Released April 17<\/a>, the song drew 39.8 million streams and sold 11,000 downloads beyond the U.S. through April 23. The lead single from her third album<\/a>, You Seem Pretty Sad for a Girl So in Love, due June 12, is her sixth top 10 on the chart.<\/p>\n

\n\tElsewhere in the Global Excl. U.S. top five, BTS\u2019 \u201cSwim\u201d backstrokes a spot to No. 2 after spending its first four weeks on the chart at No. 1; Tame Impala and JENNIE\u2019s \u201cDracula\u201d dips to No. 4 from its No. 2 best; and Dominic Fike\u2019s \u201cBabydoll\u201d falls 4-5 after reaching No. 3.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe Billboard Global 200 and Global Excl. U.S. charts rank songs based on streaming and sales activity culled from more than 200 territories around the world, as compiled by Luminate. The Global 200 is inclusive of worldwide data and the Global Excl. U.S. chart comprises data from territories excluding the United States.<\/p>\n

\n\tChart ranks are based on a weighted formula incorporating official-only streams on both subscription and ad-supported tiers of audio and video music services, as well as download sales, the latter of which reflect purchases from full-service digital music retailers from around the world, with sales from direct-to-consumer (D2C) sites excluded from the charts\u2019 calculations.<\/p>\n
