When Lady Helen tied the knot with her art dealer husband, Timothy Taylor, at St George\u2019s Chapel in 1992, tradition dictated that she must wear a British designer for the occasion. She opted for Catherine Walker, but on a visit to Via Borgonuovo, she watched on as Armani picked out her \u2018going away\u2019 dress and a mint-green ensemble for the Duchess of Kent.<\/p>\n

Royal guests at the wedding included Queen Elizabeth II<\/a>, Prince Philip, the Queen Mother, Prince Charles<\/a> and Princess Diana<\/a>, Princes William and Harry, Princess Anne<\/a>, Prince Andrew<\/a>, and Prince Edward<\/a>. Lady Helen wore the Kent fringe tiara<\/a>, and her Catherine Walker gown featured embroidery inspired by the family\u2019s heirloom jewel.<\/p>\n

After decades of working alongside Armani (who addressed her as \u2018Cara Helena\u2019), the pair went their separate ways in 2008.
