Google Translate is now 20 years old, and to celebrate, the company has added a new feature that lets users practice their pronunciation and enunciation of words and phrases in different languages. <\/p>\n
When you translate a word, sentence or phrase, you can navigate into the \u201cPractice\u201d menu to find a \u201cPronounce\u201d button, which shows you phonetics that you can say out loud to practice speaking the translated text. <\/p>\n
The app then scores your pronunciation and gives you feedback, like \u201cSome sounds were a little unclear.\u201d You can listen to the app\u2019s pronunciation of the text, too.<\/p>\n
The feature is rolling out in the U.S. and India, and currently supports English, Spanish, and Hindi.<\/p>\n
