This week, \u201cElizabeth Taylor\u201d<\/a> debuts on two rankings across the Atlantic, and it leads both of them. \u201cElizabeth Taylor\u201d launches atop both the Official Physical Singles<\/a> and Official Vinyl Singles charts<\/a> simultaneously.<\/p>\n

\u201cElizabeth Taylor\u201d Marks Her Third No. 1 From Her New Album<\/p>\n

\u201cElizabeth Taylor\u201d is not only the third single from The Life of a Showgirl, it is also the third No. 1 on both the Official Physical Singles and Official Vinyl Singles charts that is featured the album. Previous focus tracks \u201cThe Fate of Ophelia\u201d and \u201cOpalite\u201d also spent one moment in first place on those rosters.<\/p>\n

Taylor Swift\u2019s \u201cFortnight\u201d and \u201cThe Lakes\u201d Also Reached No. 1<\/p>\n

Swift is on quite the winning streak when it comes to the two tallies, which rank the bestselling individual songs on vinyl in the U.K., as well as the top-selling tracks offered on any physical format. That includes vinyl as well as CDs and cassettes, as all three have become popular again in this highly collectible era.<\/p>\n

The last five songs that the Grammy winner has debuted on both the Official Physical Singles and Official Vinyl Singles charts \u2013 a roundup that includes the aforementioned \u201cThe Fate of Ophelia,\u201d<\/a> \u201cOpalite,\u201d and \u201cElizabeth Taylor,\u201d as well as both \u201cThe Lakes\u201d and \u201cFortnight,\u201d a collaboration with Post Malone \u2013 have all reached No. 1. The superstar claims nine top 10s on the vinyl-only rundown and two more on the Official Physical Singles register. \u201cElizabeth Taylor\u201d becomes her milestone tenth overall career placement on the wax listing and her twelfth on the physical chart.<\/p>\n

On the general sales rundown, the singer-songwriter has led the charge with \u201cLook What You Made Me Do,\u201d \u201cAnti-Hero,\u201d \u201cFortnight,\u201d as well as \u201cThe Fate of Ophelia,\u201d \u201cOpalite,\u201d and now \u201cElizabeth Taylor.\u201d<\/p>\n

Swift\u2019s latest smash reenters one other ranking, though it is almost as far as a title can get from No. 1. \u201cElizabeth Taylor\u201d bounds back onto the Official Singles Downloads chart at No. 95. At the same time, Swift vaults from No. 73 to No. 14 on the main list of the most-consumed cuts in the U.K., nearly returning to the top 10 with her current The Life of a Showgirl smash.<\/p>\n
