Todd Grimshaw will face some new trauma on Coronation Street amid his ordeal with Theo Silverton, with the beloved character beginning to exhibit signs of anger following his horrific treatment.<\/p>\n

Todd was in an abusive relationship with Theo for months, with the villain initially manipulating his partner and controlling him. This eventually worsened, with Theo violently beating Todd.<\/p>\n

Todd managed to escape the flat, and got help from both Sarah Platt and Kit Green. He eventually reported Theo to the police, but the villain is yet to face any legal repercussions for his actions.<\/p>\n

In upcoming scenes on the ITV soap<\/a>, Todd will head to The Rovers for a quiet drink with close friend George Shuttleworth. He discusses his horrific ordeal, and begins to realise the toll it has taken on him.<\/p>\n

Todd also feels some anger at Theo not being held to account over his crimes. George offers him some reassurance, but will Todd’s anger spill over into something more serious?<\/p>\n

The events come after the soap’s ‘Murder Week’ storyline, in which Theo is one of the potential five victims alongside Megan Walsh, Jodie Ramsey, Carl Webster and Maggie Driscoll.<\/p>\n

It’s yet to be disclosed whose body it is, with all set to be revealed during Friday’s episode. Betsy Swain will discover the corpse after Carla and Lisa’s wedding, with the discovery beginning a long saga.<\/p>\n

“Todd’s words could be interpreted in one of two ways,” points out our Corrie source. “If Theo is dead by this point, there’s no chance of him ever standing trial for his crimes and Todd getting a chance to expose him in court.<\/p>\n

“If Theo is still alive, it indicates that there’s still little chance of the police being able to build up a case against Theo due to the limited evidence of his wrongdoing. Fans will have to tune in this week to see if Theo is the mystery body or not\u2026” <\/p>\n

Coronation Street airs on weeknights at 8.30pm on ITV1 and streams on ITVX<\/a>.<\/p>\n
