Music legend Elvis Presley<\/a>\u2019s granddaughter can\u2019t help stressing over the looming 50th anniversary of his death, which insiders say threatens to unleash chaos on her carefully curated life<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Insiders reveal Riley Keough<\/a>, the daughter of the late<\/a> Lisa Marie Presley<\/a>, is so nervous about the ensuing pandemonium that she\u2019s already begun preparing for the milestone occasion \u2014 despite it not taking place until August 2027.<\/p>\n

The Daisy Jones & the Six star, 36, inherited a 15 percent stake in Elvis Presley Enterprises after her mother died unexpectedly in 2023, People<\/a> magazine reported. She also became the sole owner of Graceland and all of her rock idol relative\u2019s costumes, awards, cars, furniture and other personal effects that the famed Memphis, Tenn., mansion houses.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhile the business of Elvis\u2019 estate is already a lot to juggle, Riley\u2019s taking on a whole new level of responsibility with the upcoming anniversary,\u201d a source tells GLOBE.<\/p>\n

Gen Z\u2019s discovery of the \u201cDon\u2019t Be Cruel\u201d singer, who died of a heart attack at just 42, has increased interest, points out the source, noting part of the fervor can be credited to dual projects from director Baz Luhrmann: the 2025 documentary EPiC: Elvis Presley in Concert and the 2022 biopic Elvis, starring Austin Butler.<\/p>\n

\u201cRiley is proud of how they turned out and the creative input she had,\u201d the source says of the movies. \u201cIt\u2019s clear people still care about Elvis \u2014 and the estate continues to make money.\u201d<\/p>\n

But the Jay Kelly actress remains wary of throwing her own little family into the spotlight after years of shielding them from its often harsh glare.<\/p>\n

Wed to stuntman Ben Smith-Petersen since 2015, Riley welcomed daughter Tupelo via surrogate in August 2022 \u2014 but the public didn\u2019t find out about the tyke\u2019s existence until after Grandma Lisa Marie died of a bowel obstruction at age 54 and the news was mentioned at her January 2023 memorial, People<\/a> reported.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, family matriarch Priscilla Presley<\/a> is the one who let slip that the couple<\/a> were now parents of two in September 2025, many months after their second baby\u2019s arrival. The child\u2019s sex and name remain unknown.<\/p>\n

\u201cRiley treasures her privacy,\u201d says the insider. \u201cShe\u2019s going to do her part to lead the celebration of Elvis\u2019 legacy, but she doesn\u2019t want to disrupt her very normal home life.\u201d<\/p>\n
