{"id":429205,"date":"2026-05-02T19:57:12","date_gmt":"2026-05-02T19:57:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ie\/429205\/"},"modified":"2026-05-02T19:57:12","modified_gmt":"2026-05-02T19:57:12","slug":"the-birches-alzheimers-daycare-centre-in-dundalk-set-to-host-its-annual-tea-day","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ie\/429205\/","title":{"rendered":"The Birches Alzheimer&#8217;s Daycare Centre in Dundalk set to host its annual Tea Day"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dundalkdemocrat.ie\/section\/113\/news\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">The Birches<\/a> Alzheimer&#8217;s Daycare Centre will host its annual Tea Day on Saturday May 9th from 11am to 2pm.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s part of the national fundraiser by the Alzheimer Society of Ireland (ASI) on Thursday May 7th which will see people all over the country gather for a cuppa and a catch up to support the 64,000 people in Ireland whose lives have been impacted by dementia.<\/p>\n<p>The Birches on the Priorland Road, Dundalk is the north branch of ASI and celebrated its silver jubilee last year.<\/p>\n<p>So where will the money raised locally go?
