Limerick-based newlyweds Rachel Thomas and Conor Robinson met in London and got married in Kerry.<\/p>\n

Rachel, from Kilfinny, Adare, Co Limerick, and Conor, originally from Knocklyon, Dublin, were wed in St Mary\u2019s Cathedral, Killarney, by Fr Sean Harmon.<\/p>\n

The couple, who live in Mungret, Co Limerick, chose The Brehon Hotel for their reception venue.<\/p>\n

Rachel and Conor\u2019s son was thrilled to take centre stage.<\/p>\n

\u201cOur gorgeous little boy S\u00e9im\u00ed Robinson was our pageboy,\u201d says the bride. \u201cHe was in the best form, and he walked down the aisle with us afterwards.<\/p>\n

\u201cI was very nervous about the weather and had bought a Child of Prague [statue]. S\u00e9im\u00ed broke its head several hours after.\u201d But the bride adds that it brought them \u201cgood luck\u201d. \u201cWe had the best day ever \u2014 it was magical,\u201d she says. \u201cEveryone had a ball.\u201d<\/p>\n

Adding to the fun were both sets of parents, Helen and Dave Thomas, and Catherine and John Robinson.<\/p>\n

Choosing her bridal party was an easy decision for Rachel.<\/p>\n

\u201cMy best friend since I was one year of age, Br\u00edd Hannan, was my maid of honour, and my bridesmaids were my two sisters, Aoife and Aileen,\u201d she says.<\/p>\n

Conor\u2019s brother, Keith, was by his side as his best man, with Darragh McCarthy and Joe Johnston as his groomsmen.<\/p>\n

Rachel and Conor\u2019s paths first crossed in 2020 in Infernos in Clapham.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe met in 2020, pre-covid times,\u201d says Rachel. \u201cBack then, I lived in Clapham and Conor was visiting a friend at the time.\u201d<\/p>\n

They got engaged in the five-star Europe Hotel in Killarney four years later, in April 2024.<\/p>\n

Rachel found her dream wedding dress in Pearl Lane, Galway, and Conor bought his suit in Esquire in Limerick.<\/p>\n

\u201cI loved dress shopping but found it very hard to find \u2018the one\u2019,\u201d she says.<\/p>\n

Annette O\u2019Brien was the bridal makeup artist, and Christine O\u2019Sullivan was Rachel\u2019s hairstylist.<\/p>\n

Kaspars Sarovarcenko, of Black Diamond Photography (blackdiamondphotography.ie), and LM Wedding Videography captured the occasion on camera.<\/p>\n

Performing on their big day were musicians Niamh agus Daith\u00ed and wedding band Truly Diverse.<\/p>\n

Rachel and Conor stepped onto the floor for their first dance as newlyweds to Alex Wren\u2019s Carry You Home.<\/p>\n

Every Occasion, Tralee, created the floral decor, and the wedding cake was by O\u2019Carrolls Cakes, Killarney.<\/p>\n
