Thew new agency provides new homes and residential sales as well as land and development services.<\/p>\n
Led by Jonny Wish and Chris Priestley, the new company is designed to support clients, from taking strategic land through to planning permission and a sale, then acting for the developer on new home sales and part exchanges.<\/p>\n
Launching at a time of increasing demand for senior-led advice as landowners and developers navigate complex planning and shifting market conditions, Priestley Wish has an already established client base and more than 40 years\u2019 combined experience.<\/p>\n
