Drawing inspiration from the charm and flavour of Italy, complemented with an Irish twist, Grumble reimagines comforting classics through an artisan lens.<\/p>\n<p>READ MORE:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.limerickleader.ie\/news\/business\/2073537\/prevention-of-fraud-put-in-focus-at-network-ireland-limerick-event.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Prevention of fraud put in focus at Network Ireland Limerick event<\/a>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The space captures the essence of Italian-inspired elegance with a modern Irish edge&#8230; a striking new location on the junction of O&#8217;Connell Street and Roches Street in the heart of Limerick city,&#8221; said owner Alan Andrews.<\/p>\n<p>Alan also founded the Old Barracks Coffee Roastery at Birdhill, Dock Road in the city, and Guji coffee shops on O\u2019Connell Street and in Cork.<\/p>\n<p>Guji coffee bar previously traded in Nenagh but subsequently closed due to Covid-19. All of the equipment from that store was repurposed for the O\u2019Connell Street location.<\/p>\n<p>The launch marks an exciting new chapter for The Coffee Culture Group as they continue to expand their portfolio with bold, creative concepts.<\/p>\n<p>Staying true to its artisan approach, the gluten-free and vegan crumble topping is made locally by Caroline Rigney at Rigneys Farm in Currachase, the ice creams by Michael at Boulab\u00e1n Farm in Roscrea, and crumble fillings are prepared at The Coffee Culture Group HQ kitchens on the Dock Road in Limerick city.<\/p>\n<p>Grumble also places a strong emphasis on inclusivity and quality, offering gluten-free cone options alongside a selection of vegan-friendly ice creams to ensure there&#8217;s something for everyone.<\/p>\n<p>Something that separates independent coffee firms from the chains is a willingness to back local causes.
