{"id":434241,"date":"2026-05-06T00:42:09","date_gmt":"2026-05-06T00:42:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ie\/434241\/"},"modified":"2026-05-06T00:42:09","modified_gmt":"2026-05-06T00:42:09","slug":"sorry-your-mother-is-a-c-man-in-limerick-court-breaching-barring-order-twice","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ie\/434241\/","title":{"rendered":"&#8216;Sorry your mother is a c***&#8217;: Man in Limerick court breaching barring order twice"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A MAN has been convicted of two breaches of a barring order contrary to section 33 of the Domestic Violence Act at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.limerickleader.ie\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Limerick<\/a> District Court.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The man, who cannot be named to protect the identity of the victim, had a scheduled visit with the children he shares with his ex-partner in February, 2026. The visit took place in a mobile home.<\/p>\n<p>Over the course of the visit, he told the children \u201csorry your mother is a c***\u201d, which his ex-partner could hear outside of the mobile home.<\/p>\n<p>A breach of the barring order also occurred in December 2026. Over the course of a phone call, the man put her in fear.
