In total, five people are confirmed to \u2060have contracted the \u2060virus.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph paywall \">Two British nationals have been confirmed as cases of hantavirus, as part \u200bof its monitoring of the outbreak on the ship, the UK Health Security \u200cAgency \u200c(UKHSA) said \u200bin an update on Friday.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph paywall \">The agency did not provide further details of \u2060the new suspected \u200bcase.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph paywall \">Elsewhere, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.irishtimes.com\/tags\/world-health-organisation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.irishtimes.com\/tags\/world-health-organisation\/\">World \u200cHealth Organisation<\/a> on Friday said \u200ba Dutch KLM flight \u200battendant who had been \u2060in contact with \u200ca \u200cwoman \u200bwho died \u2060from \u200ba hantavirus infection \u200bin Johannesburg \u200chad tested \u200bnegative for a \u2060possible infection.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph paywall \">The \u2060woman \u200bhad been admitted to a hospital in \u200cAmsterdam on Thursday \u2060with signs of a \u200cpossible infection.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph paywall \">The \u200bMV \u200bHondius is expected to dock in Tenerife, in Spain\u2019s Canary Islands, on Sunday, and the UKHSA said British nationals on board who are not displaying symptoms will be flown back home and asked to isolate for \u200c45 days.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph paywall \">Seven Britons \u2060disembarked the ship on April 24th in St Helena.
