When architect Robert A.M. Stern<\/a> died last November, he left behind a towering legacy of houses, apartment buildings, museums, and libraries that he designed\u2014from the George W. Bush Presidential Center in Dallas to Manhattan\u2019s famed 15 Central Park West. The former dean of Yale University\u2019s School of Architecture also lived in one of his own creations: The Chatham<\/a>, a 34-story Lenox Hill tower his firm completed in 2000.
