The peach doesn\u2019t fall far from the peach tree for The Real Housewives of Atlanta<\/a>\u2019s Porsha Williams<\/a> and her only child, Pilar Jhena \u201cPJ\u201d McKinley<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Fresh off of\u00a0her epic appearance on NBC\u2019s Brilliant Minds<\/a>, the successful actress and Housewife touched on motherhood in a Sept. 23 interview<\/a> with Hello Beautiful when teasing a fashion-related career move in the near-enough future. The divorc\u00e9e<\/a> said her daughter, whom she shares with former fianc\u00e9 Dennis McKinley<\/a>, may one day follow in her path since both have a shared passion for fashion. As Porsha put it, \u201cI want her to have her own confidence. As long as she feels good and confident in what she wears, that\u2019s all that matters.\u201d<\/p>\n

According to the digital magazine, Pilar has a playful sense of fashion and loves sparkly Members Only jackets and jogger sets. What\u2019s more, the 6-year-old designs her own patches, not unlike the ones seen on her denim jacket in a Sept. 15 Instagram post<\/a>\u00a0by her mom.\u00a0<\/p>\n

“Sometimes I just freeze frame moments with Pilar,” Porsha continued to the outlet. “Whether we\u2019re coloring or making pancakes, because those are the memories that matter.\u201d<\/p>\n

How Pilar \u201cPj\u201d McKinley headed back to school in 2025<\/p>\n

Pilar was joined by her parents on Aug. 15 when she reached an exciting milestone<\/a>: Day one of the first grade.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Porsha shared a handful of Instagram pics<\/a> from the special day, celebrating the back-to-school event with eye-popping and colorful balloon arches customized just for Pilar. For the occasion, Pilar sported a stylish denim jacket bedazzled with pink rhinestones, a sparkly choice for the budding fashionista. \u201cWe had to celebrate,\u201d said the mom.<\/p>\n

Dennis also shared an exciting Instagram<\/a> video from the special day, allowing a peek at Pilar\u2019s \u201cget to know me\u201d board. Although the young girl didn\u2019t list anything related to her fashionable pursuits, she wrote that she wanted to grow up to be a police officer.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Dennis also praised Porsha on Mother’s Day<\/a>, gushing over the Housewife\u2019s parenting on Instagram:\u00a0“I just want to take a moment to honor the incredible women in my life who surround [PJ] daily to make sure she is good \u2014 my amazing co-parent\/baby momma & patna\/sister and our mothers,” he wrote.\u00a0\u201cYou are the strength, the [heart emoji], and the glue that holds everything together.\u201d<\/p>\n
