\n\tRozay stopped by Hot 97 on Tuesday (May 12) for an interview with Nessa in support of his new Renaissance of a Boss book, which saw the MMG boss vaguely detail his feud with Drake<\/a> and how \u201cnobody\u201d fears the OVO rapper\u2019s next album. <\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cPeople would love for me to say, \u2018I hate this n\u2014a forever.\u2019 Nah, homie, it ain\u2019t that. When somebody step out of line and you gotta chastise them or give them a spanking, that\u2019s what you do,\u201d he said. \u201cBut is it one of those things where there\u2019s a conspiracy? Hell no. Don\u2019t nobody fear Drake\u2019s album release. Nobody.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tWhen asked by Nessa about potentially ever reconciling with Drake<\/a>, Ross said that he would probably have to go through French Montana<\/a> as a mediator for both parties. <\/p>\n

\n\t\u201c[Drake] speaks to French. French says a lot of positive things that he should maybe send French a pecan pie for \u2026 because nobody would speak on his behalf to me,\u201d he added. \u201cBut French do and that\u2019s what I made it clear if anything was to ever come from that it would come through French because it wouldn\u2019t directly come to Rozay.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tJust last week, following his Verzuz Battle with French Montana, Rick Ross appeared to put an end to dissing his \u201cMoney in the Grave\u201d collaborator during an interview on Apple Music. <\/a><\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cDrake, if you listening to this homie, listen to me, my n\u2014a, shine,\u201d he said. \u201cI don\u2019t want to see you lose. No real n\u2014a want to see you lose. That ain\u2019t what about. This culture, this game, this rap this ain\u2019t what it\u2019s about.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tThe root of Drake and Rozay\u2019s issues remains unclear, as their relationship soured in 2024 when Drizzy dissed Ross on \u201cPush Up\u201ds and the Miami native responded with his \u201cChampagne Moments\u201d diss track.<\/a> <\/p>\n

\n\tThe duo has been a lethal combination in the past, teaming up on Billboard Hot 100<\/a> hits like \u201cMoney in the Grave,\u201d \u201cLemon Pepper Freestyle,\u201d \u201cGold Roses,\u201d \u201cAston Martin Music\u201d and \u201cStay Schemin.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tDrake will make his anticipated return with his Iceman album on Friday (May 15), which will be his first solo LP since 2023\u2019s For All the Dogs, and we\u2019ll see if he has any words for the \u201cHustlin’\u201d rapper.<\/p>\n
