{"id":448223,"date":"2026-05-14T09:43:11","date_gmt":"2026-05-14T09:43:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ie\/448223\/"},"modified":"2026-05-14T09:43:11","modified_gmt":"2026-05-14T09:43:11","slug":"93-of-capcom-sales-are-digital-number-is-expected-to-grow","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ie\/448223\/","title":{"rendered":"93% of Capcom Sales Are Digital &#038; Number Is Expected to Grow"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Capcom released its <a href=\"https:\/\/www.capcom.co.jp\/ir\/english\/data\/pdf\/explanation\/2025\/full\/explanation_2025_full_01.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">financial report<\/a> for the last fiscal year, running from March 2025 to March 2026, recording net sales of 195,365 million yen ($1.24 billion), which is 15.2% higher than in the previous year, operating profit of 75,295 million yen ($477 million), up 14.5% year-on-year, and profit attributable to owners of the parent of 54,587 million yen ($346 million), up 12.7%.<\/p>\n<p>The studio set new records in all profit categories for the 9th year in a row.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>An interesting detail is that 93% of Capcom&#8217;s sales are digital, driven by Resident Evil Requiem and Monster Hunter Wilds. Moreover, the company expects this number to reach 95.4% next year.
