\n\tThe \u201cSaturday Night Live<\/a>\u201d comedy trio, comprised of Ben Marshall, Martin Herlihy and John Higgins, reunited Friday night in Portland<\/a> for the first time since \u201cSNL\u201d disbanded the group<\/a> in a major cast shake-up.<\/a> However, according to an enthusiastic proclimation from Higgins, the group has no plans to stop performing together.<\/p>\n \n\tAs they opened their live show, they sarcastically asked the audience, \u201cAnything go on this week?\u201d and \u201cAnything in the news?\u201d One audience member incoherently shouted something back at the trio, most likely referencing the \u201cSNL\u201d news. Higgins then replied, \u201cIt\u2019s PDD forever, baby!\u201d Marshall backed him up, adding, \u201cWhat he said.\u201d<\/p>\n \n\tAfter four seasons producing digital shorts, the group was split up at \u201cSNL\u201d after Marshall was made an official cast member. Herlihy is to remain a member of the \u201cSNL\u201d writing staff, while Higgins has left the show to pursue other ventures as an actor.<\/p>\n \n\t\u201cI love these boys so much \u2026 This is a new chapter, but we\u2019re not going to stop working together anytime soon,\u201d Marshall wrote on Instagram<\/a> after the \u201cSNL\u201d shake-up was announced. Higgins noted in his own post<\/a>, \u201cI can\u2019t believe how lucky I was to be a part of this show \u2026 I\u2019m excited to pursue acting opportunities that I\u2019ll announce soon but today I\u2019m just grateful for everything we got to do.\u201d<\/p>\n \n\tPlease Don\u2019t Destroy was founded in 2017 after Marshall, Higgins and Herlihy met as students at NYU. They started by posting sketches on social media in the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic and putting on live stage shows.
